Are there minimum requirements for investors?
To invest on CONDA Capital Market, the following conditions must be met: you must be at least 18 years old, create a free account on the platform, complete it and successfully verify it. Additionally, you must not be liable for tax in the USA and must not be resident in a country with a high Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI).
When you register for the first time, we will also ask you a few questions (investor qualification). This is to determine whether you understand the risks of the projects and what experience you have to date. We will ask you these questions every 24 months to protect investors from unwitting risks.
