Can I end my campaign early?
Yes. An early end to the campaign is generally possible provided that the funding threshold has already been reached – for example, if the target financing amount is achieved earlier than planned.
What happens if the funding threshold has not been reached?
If the campaign is ended while the defined funding threshold has not yet been reached, this results in the reversal of the investments.
In this case, investments already made cannot be completed as originally intended.
Always coordinate a planned early end to the campaign with your Financing Manager in advance. The timing should be determined in particular with regard to the financing amount already reached and the applicable offering terms.
