Can I sell or transfer my investments?
Generally, your securities are tradable. However, there may be occasional restrictions. For example, some shares can only be transferred with the consent of the company, a practice known as "Vinkulierung." Further information can be found in the respective investment base information sheet.
For a transfer to occur, it is necessary for the person to whom the securities are to be transferred to also register and verify themselves on the platform. Only with registration can we ensure that the transfer of securities is facilitated through the corresponding blockchain technology. The transfer of tokens then takes place directly between the parties' wallets, taking into account the agreed conditions.
The price agreed upon is entirely up to you. The pricing is determined independently between the buyer and seller. Currently, our platform does not have its own secondary market, which means that investors must independently seek out sales opportunities.
