Can I sell or transfer my investments?

Can I sell or transfer my investments?

As a rule, your securities are tradable. However, restrictions may apply in some cases. For example, some shares can only be transferred with the company’s consent. This is known as a transfer restriction. You can find further information in the relevant basic investment information sheet.

For a transfer to take place, the person to whom the securities are to be transferred must also be registered and verified on the platform. Only through registration can we ensure that the transfer of securities is facilitated by the relevant blockchain technology. The transfer of tokens then takes place directly between the parties’ wallets in accordance with the agreed terms.

However, the price agreed is entirely up to you. Pricing is determined independently between the buyer and the seller. Currently, our platform does not yet have its own secondary market, which means that investors must look for selling opportunities themselves.
