Yes. Investors can generally invest multiple times in the same offering, provided that the available offering volume has not yet been fully subscribed and the applicable investor protection requirements are met.

Each additional investment is processed as a separate investment transaction via the platform.

Do additional requirements apply to further investments?

For non-sophisticated investors, the ECSP Regulation may require additional risk warnings, confirmations or information depending on the amount invested.

This applies in particular to investments exceeding the higher of EUR 1,000 or 5% of the investor's net worth.
