Your personal details form part of your identity verification and cannot be changed by you once verification is complete.
Should your name change – e.g. due to marriage or an official name change – please contact our Investor Relations Team at support@conda-capital.com

Please have an official document to hand (e.g. a marriage certificate or an official confirmation) so that we can process the change securely and verifiably.

Changing your address

Your address is checked during the verification process and forms part of your identity details. Once verification is complete, you cannot change your address yourself. We will review your request and let you know whether and to what extent an update is possible.
Should your address change (e.g. following a move), please also contact our Investor Relations Team support@conda-capital.com
