Your personal details are part of your identity verification and can no longer be changed independently once verification has been completed.
If your name changes (e.g. due to marriage), please contact our Investor Relations Team (see article: Contact us).

Please have an official document ready (e.g. marriage certificate or official confirmation) so that we can process the change securely and transparently.

Changing address details

Your address is verified during the verification process and forms part of your identity data. Once verification has been completed, the address can no longer be changed independently. We will review your request and inform you whether and to what extent an update is possible.
If your address changes (e.g. after moving house), please also contact our Investor Relations Team (see article: Contact us).
