Do we need our own legal advisor for the offering?

CONDA Capital recommends having the offering documents reviewed by a lawyer. However, having your own legal advisor is not mandatory.

For more complex structures, legal support is strongly recommended. This applies in particular to:
  1. share offerings,
  2. international issuers, and
  3. holding structures.
