How are investments displayed and what do the statuses mean?

The investor list provided to you as the issuer shows the current status of each investment.

There are four possible statuses:
  1. Pending — The subscription has been submitted, but the corresponding amount has not yet been transferred.
  2. Paid — The payment has been received. However, the applicable periods may still be running or acceptance of the investment may still be pending. The investment can only be accepted once the relevant periods have expired.
  3. Accepted — The amount has been paid, the applicable periods have expired and the investment has been accepted. The amount is subsequently transferred to the issuer's bank account.
  4. Cancelled — The investor has cancelled the investment within the applicable period. The investment can be cancelled directly via the investor's personal profile or through the Investor Relations Team. Cancellation is not possible for legal entities.
Info
The status “Paid” does not yet mean that the investment has been accepted. Acceptance takes place only after the applicable periods have expired.
