How can I cancel my investment?
You can easily cancel your investment in your CONDA profile:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "My Investments" in the menu.
- Select the investment you wish to cancel.
- Click on the red "Cancel Order" button.
Important: A cancellation is only possible as long as the investment has not yet been accepted by the company. Once your investment has the status "Accepted", you can no longer cancel it yourself.
If your cancellation falls within the legal withdrawal period but is no longer possible via the platform, please contact our support team. We will be happy to assist you!
