How can I cancel my investment or withdraw from the contract?

Once your investment has been completed, as a consumer you have legally defined rights to cancel your investment under certain conditions.

1. Pre-contractual cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

Once you have successfully completed the investment process, your pre-contractual cooling-off period of 4 calendar days begins automatically. Within this period, you may withdraw from your investment without giving any reason and without incurring a contractual penalty.

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice within the 4-day period.

2. Right of withdrawal after the cooling-off period has expired

As a consumer, you also have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding the investment contract without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, CONDA Capital GmbH, registered in the Commercial Register of the Vienna Commercial Court under FN 596688 h, with its registered office at Neulinggasse 29/1/14, 1030 Vienna, of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

What happens after cancellation or withdrawal?

Once we have received your notification, your investment will be cancelled.

If the amount you invested has already been received by the platform, it will be refunded to your bank account.

Cancellation is only possible as long as the investment has not yet been accepted by the company. Once your investment has reached ‘accepted’ status, it can no longer be cancelled or withdrawn independently. In this case, the contract is deemed to have been conclusively concluded.
