How can I withdraw my investment?

After you complete your investment, you have a reflection period of 4 calendar days. During this time, you can withdraw your investment without giving reasons and without a contractual penalty.

When does the reflection period begin?

The reflection period begins automatically as soon as you have completed the investment process. It applies to all investors.

How do I withdraw my investment?

You have two options:

On the platform: Open "My investments" and click the red "Cancel investment" button under your investment.
By email: Write to widerruf@conda-capital.com.

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal within the 4 calendar days.

What happens after the withdrawal?

Your investment will be cancelled. If your amount has already been received on the platform, it will be refunded to your bank account.

What applies after the reflection period has ended?

After the 4 calendar days have ended, your investment is binding. A withdrawal is then no longer possible. A cancellation is only possible in justified exceptional cases.

Since 1 October 2026, only the 4-day reflection period applies. An additional right of withdrawal of 14 days no longer exists.
