Tokenisation means that these assets are represented digitally, allowing them to be managed efficiently, transparently and in a tamper-proof manner.

Register-keeping entity

Smart Registry GmbH maintains the official register for crypto-securities. It ensures the confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of the data in accordance with Section 4(3) of the eWpG.

Custody

Hauck Aufhäuser Digital Custody GmbH (HADC) is responsible for the custody of crypto-securities. It holds a BaFin licence in accordance with Section 32 of the German Banking Act (KWG) and is subject to strict supervision.
Custody ensures that your digital securities are securely held.

Payments

We process payments via a trust-based solution with the payment service provider Secupay AG. This is a payment institution within the meaning of the Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG) and is registered with the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), Graurheindorfer Str. 108, 53117 Bonn (registration number: 126737).
