How do I delete or deactivate my account?
If you would like to delete or deactivate your account, please contact our Investor Relations Team directly (see article: How to contact us).
Required information
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address you used to register
- The reason for deletion (optional – helps us with internal improvements)
Once we have received your request, we will review the deletion process and inform you of the next steps.
Deletion is only possible prior to an investment or after all outstanding investments and payouts have been fully settled, taking into account all statutory retention periods.
