How do I invest as a company?

To invest as a company, a few additional steps are required, as the onboarding process differs from that for a natural person. Below you will find an overview of all the necessary steps and documents.

1. Registration of the authorised representative

First, an authorised representative (e.g. a director or authorised signatory) must register at www.conda-capital.com.
The person must then be verified. This is done via the menu item ‘Verification’ → ‘Start KYC process’.
Info
Please have your official photo ID and your mobile phone to hand and follow the instructions.

2. Application for a corporate account

Once personal verification has been successfully completed, you can apply for a business account.
To do this, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select the “Company account” section. Then follow the steps displayed. At the end, you will be automatically redirected to the company account. Please ensure that all company details are completed fully and correctly.
Under the "Verification" menu item, the following documents must be provided:
  1. Company register extract / commercial register extract (no older than 3 months)
  2. Identity documents of all co-owners holding more than 25% of the company
  3. For German companies: a document showing the distribution of shares (e.g. a certified list of shareholders)

3. Review by the Investor Relations Team

Once the documents have been submitted, the Investor Relations Team will review all the information. If there are any queries or following successful verification, you will be contacted directly by email.
Info
Note: This process may take a few working days, depending on the completeness of the documents.

4. Using the corporate account

Once the review has been successfully completed, you can continue to log in to the platform using your personal login details. Once logged in, you can switch between your personal account and the company account by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner.
An investment is always made using the currently selected account.
Notes
Example
• If you wish to invest privately → select personal account
• If you wish to invest on behalf of your company → select company account
This ensures that the investment is correctly allocated and that the documents are issued in the name of the correct investor (company or individual).
