How do investments on CONDA Capital Market work and what are the risks involved?

How do investments on CONDA Capital Market work and what are the risks involved?

On CONDA Capital Market, you can invest in various financial instruments – including interest-bearing bonds, shares or mezzanine investments (e.g. profit participation rights, subordinated bonds or convertible bonds).

You invest directly in the companies (issuers) whose projects are presented on our platform. This means that there is no deposit protection or other security. An investment always involves risks and may result in the total loss of the capital invested.

For each project, you will find a Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) containing all essential information on opportunities, risks and the persons involved. We are legally obliged to check the completeness, accuracy and comprehensibility of these documents, but cannot carry out a comprehensive company audit.
