Newsletter and communication activities are planned jointly during the offering workshop. An editorial plan with agreed sending windows for the offering is defined at this stage.

How far in advance do our own mailings need to be coordinated?

If you are planning your own newsletters or other communications relating to the offering, please inform your Financing Manager at least 48 hours before the planned send.

What do I need to consider for the CONDA Capital newsletter?

The distribution of a platform newsletter can take up to 24 hours. Recipients may therefore not receive the newsletter at exactly the same time.
Alert
Once distribution of the platform newsletter has started, it cannot be stopped or amended. The content and sending time should therefore be fully reviewed before final approval.
