How do we get edit access to shared documents?
To collaborate on campaign content, you need edit access, not just read-only access.
External access is often provided via one-time password verification by email. In corporate networks, an additional firewall approval may also be required.
Test your edit access during the kick-off rather than waiting until the campaign texts need to be finalised.
What should we do if the access does not work?
If the access does not work, a sharing document provided by you is an accepted alternative. Please coordinate this briefly with CONDA Capital.
