How does the acceptance process for an offering work?

The standard process from investment to payout to the issuer consists of four steps:
  1. Investment via the platform: Investors log in to CONDA Capital Market and follow the investment process provided on the platform.
  2. Transfer of the investment amount: Investors transfer the respective investment amount to the payment service provider secupay. All payments remain there until acceptance at the end of the campaign.
  3. Acceptance by CONDA Capital: You will receive the acceptance document for signature once the applicable periods for the most recently completed investment have expired. Please sign and return the document so that acceptance can become legally effective.
  4. Payout: The total amount is subsequently transferred to your verified bank account. Any outstanding invoices from CONDA Capital are deducted from the acceptance amount.
