The subscription process is completed digitally via CONDA Capital Market. Investors go through several steps:
- Registration: Investors create an account on CONDA Capital Market.
- Identity verification: The required identity verification is completed before the investment.
- Investor assessment: Depending on the investment amount and investor category, additional information or assessments may be required.
- Subscription: Investors select their desired investment amount and digitally submit their binding subscription offer.
- Payment: Payment processing is handled by the payment service provider secupay.
- Completion: Following successful receipt of payment and expiry of the applicable periods, the subscription can be accepted and completed in accordance with the offering terms.
The two terms refer to different documents or stages of the subscription process:
- Subscription offer: This is the investor's binding offer to subscribe for the investment. The subscription offer is signed as part of the digital investment process.
- Subscription form: This is subsequently prepared by CONDA Capital and documents the accepted subscription. In the case of capital increases, it serves in particular as a basis for the subsequent notarial process.
Subscription offer = the investor's offer to subscribe.
Subscription form = documentation of the accepted subscription during the subsequent processing stage.
When does the investment become binding?
Payment is processed through the payment service provider secupay. For further processing, the payment must in particular have been received and the applicable periods must have expired.
The point at which a subscription becomes legally binding depends on the respective financial instrument and the specific offering terms.
The specific requirements and applicable periods are set out in the relevant offering and contractual documents.
