For interest in kind, you as the issuer are responsible for providing the corresponding vouchers directly to the investors.

You can use whichever delivery method is most practical for you, for example:

  2. via your online portal in the customer profile, or
  3. by post.

What information will I receive from CONDA Capital?

CONDA Capital provides you with a list of the investors who have selected interest in kind.

The list includes:
  1. the respective investors,
  2. the respective investment amount, and
  3. the selected interest option.
