The costs of an offering via CONDA Capital are structured across the four project phases and consist of both fixed and variable cost components.
Some costs are fixed and become due in accordance with the agreed terms. Other costs are variable and depend, in particular, on the transaction volume actually placed.
Fixed costs
Fixed cost items include in particular:
- the economic company analysis
- the regulatory preparation for Germany and Austria
- the preparation and planning of the offering
- the offering-related placement contribution
- the monthly project management fee
Variable costs
Variable cost items, or costs depending on the respective offering volume or term, include in particular:
- the placement commission
- the costs of digital securitisation
- the fees charged by the payment service provider
- the annual CONDA Capital Services Fee over the term of the security
The specific amounts and terms applicable to your offering are set out in your individual offer. If the terms of the offer differ from the General Terms and Conditions of Engagement, the terms agreed in the offer shall apply.
