I have made a payment from a joint account; what happens now?

Payments from joint accounts are generally possible, but often cannot be automatically allocated, as each investment account is registered to a single person. These payments are therefore initially held back by our payment provider.

Already transferred?

We can manually check the payment and allocate it correctly. If you have already made a payment, please send a brief message to: support@conda-capital.com
