A common reason for seemingly incomplete interest payments is statutory tax deduction. Many investors overlook the fact that the issuer is obliged to automatically withhold capital gains tax and pay it to the tax office. This means that you receive the net amount of your interest after the statutory deductions have already been made.
Please note: This does not apply to interest payments from subordinated loans (if you have invested via CONDA.at or CONDA.de).
Your interest and repayments are paid directly into your bank account.
Note: Interest is taxable income which is paid by the issuer in accordance with statutory provisions.
