Login issues after the migration from conda.at / conda.de

Please note: This article is only relevant for users whose investments were transferred to conda-capital.com as part of the platform migration from conda.at / conda.de.

Case 1: You already had a CONDA Crowdinvesting account and are logging in to CONDA Capital Market for the first time

  1. Go to www.conda-capital.com.
  2. Click “Register” in the top right corner.
  3. In the registration window, select “Log in with CONDA”.
  4. Log in using your existing CONDA credentials.
  5. If a new verification is required afterwards, please follow the displayed steps.

A new verification may be required for investments on CONDA Capital Market, even if you already had a CONDA Crowdinvesting account.

Case 2: “Log in with CONDA” does not work

  1. Go to www.conda-capital.com.
  2. Click “Log in”.
  3. Enter your email address and password directly.
  4. Use the same email address you originally used to create your account.
  5. Make sure you are actually on the CONDA Capital Market platform.

Case 3: Direct login also does not work

  1. Click “Forgot password?” on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Check your email inbox.
  4. Also check your spam or junk folder if necessary.
  5. Reset your password using the link provided and try logging in again.

Does the problem persist?

  1. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
  2. Try logging in using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge or Safari).
