Login problems or forgotten password
Unable to log in
If you are unable to log in, please first check which platform you are attempting to log in to. CONDA operates several separate platforms – including those for white-label partners.

Common login issues and solutions
• Wrong platform: Check which website you originally created your account on.
• Incorrect email address: Some entries contain typos (e.g. .con instead of .com).
• Incorrect password: Use the ‘Forgot your password?’ function on the login page.
• Browser issue: Clear your cookies or try a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge or Safari).

Forgotten or changing your password
If you have forgotten your password or wish to change it, please proceed as follows:
- Go to the login page on the relevant platform (e.g. www.conda-capital.com).
- Click on “Forgotten your password?”
- Enter the email address you used to register.
- You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Follow this link and choose a new, secure password.
Please use a password of at least 10 characters, consisting of letters, numbers and special characters.
If you do not receive an email, please also check your spam or junk folder.
