My investments are not displayed correctly in the dashboard; what can I do?

Investment is displayed incorrectly

If your investment is displayed incorrectly (e.g. incorrect amount, duplicate entry or wrong project), there may be a technical display issue.

Here’s what to do

Please contact our Investor Relations Team (see article: How to contact us) and provide the following details:
  1. Name and registered email address
  2. Amount or security concerned
  3. Screenshot or brief description of the error
Our team will check the transaction directly in the database and correct it if necessary.
