My investments aren’t listed in the dashboard – what can I do?

Investment not visible in the dashboard

If an investment does not appear in your dashboard, please first check the following points:
  1. Did you receive the confirmation email after subscribing?
  2. Has the payment already been made?
  3. Are you using the correct platform? (conda-capital.com)

View investments

You can easily view all relevant information about your investments:
  1. Log in to www.conda-capital.com
  2. Open the ‘My Investments’ section
Here you will see:
  1. current status updates
  2. Documents
  3. as well as the current status of each investment
