My investments aren’t listed in the dashboard – what can I do?
Investment not visible in the dashboard
If an investment does not appear in your dashboard, please first check the following points:
- Did you receive the confirmation email after subscribing?
- Has the payment already been made?
- Are you using the correct platform? (conda-capital.com)
View investments
You can easily view all relevant information about your investments:
- Log in to www.conda-capital.com
- Open the ‘My Investments’ section
Here you will see:
- current status updates
- Documents
- as well as the current status of each investment
If the investment still does not appear, please contact our Investor Relations Team (see article: How to contact us).
