What can I do if the payment reference is missing or incorrect?
If you have forgotten to include the payment reference or entered it incorrectly when making your transfer, your payment cannot be automatically allocated.
In this case, the payment will be held in a temporary account with our payment provider. Our Investor Relations team regularly checks whether this payment can be clearly allocated.
If this is not possible, the amount will be automatically refunded.
Recommendation
Please contact us at: support@conda-capital.com and provide us with the following details:
- the amount transferred
- the date of payment
- the account holder
- if known, the reference number of your investment
This will enable us to identify your payment more quickly and allocate it correctly.
