What happens if the offering is oversubscribed and more capital is committed than the maximum volume?
Once the maximum volume has been reached, the campaign is closed. No further investments can be accepted.
How do we handle additional interest?
Instead of increasing the maximum volume – which would require a regulatory amendment to the Key Investment Information Sheet – we recommend maintaining a waiting list and handling the process after the campaign has ended.
Oversubscription is a positive signal, but should be communicated proactively.
