What happens if we do not provide the due diligence documents on time?
Missing or delayed due diligence documents may delay the further progress of the project. Even if the project cannot be processed temporarily because required documents are missing, the monthly Project Management Fee will continue to be charged.
How does a delay affect the timeline?
Once the complete documentation has been received, the project must be rescheduled based on the resources available at CONDA Capital at that time.
As a result, the subsequent project timeline may change and a previously planned or agreed launch date may no longer be achievable.
If you already know that certain documents will become available later, please inform your Financing Manager as early as possible. This allows the team to assess whether individual work steps can be rearranged instead of putting the entire process on hold.
