Who is secupay? – Payment processing on CONDA Capital
secupay is the new payment service provider for CONDA Capital Market and handles all payment transactions between investors and project owners (issuers). This means that all deposits, payouts, and investment payments are executed through the payment accounts provided by secupay.
secupay is a regulated payment service provider based in Germany and is subject to strict legal requirements regarding payment processing, security, and anti-money-laundering measures. All underlying bank accounts are held exclusively at licensed European banks.
For you as an investor, nothing changes in terms of costs or handling – SEPA transfers are treated equally throughout the EU, regardless of the EEA country in which the account is located.
Why does CONDA Capital Market use secupay?
secupay meets all regulatory requirements for payment services within the framework of crowdinvesting platforms and offers:
secure and regulated payment processing,
- a trustee-like account structure ensuring separate management of client funds,
- fast allocation and booking of wallet top-ups and investment payments, and
- strong protection against misdirected payments and unauthorised transactions.
This ensures that client funds are always kept strictly separate from platform or corporate funds.
How are payments processed through secupay?
Payments can be made either:
- via wallet top-up in your account overview, or
- during the investment process after completing the subscription.
In both cases, you will receive an individual payment account along with a dedicated payment reference, which must be copied exactly. As soon as the funds are received by secupay, they are automatically assigned to your wallet or your investment.
What do I need to consider when making payments via secupay, and what happens if a payment cannot be allocated?
To ensure that payments are recognised automatically, please make sure to:
- copy the specified payment reference exactly as shown,
- only transfer funds from your own verified bank account, and
- use the bank details displayed in your account without changes.
If a payment is received without the correct reference, from an unverified or third-party bank account, incomplete, or with technical errors, it cannot be automatically allocated. In such cases, the payment is placed on hold for manual review.
Our Investor Relations team checks unidentified incoming payments several times per week. If an allocation can be clearly established, the funds will be credited to your wallet. If allocation is not possible, the amount will be refunded automatically.
