The funding threshold is the minimum total amount that must be raised through an offering for the offering to be successfully completed.
If the defined funding threshold is not reached within the applicable subscription period, the offering is unwound. Investments already made are then returned to the investors.
What is the difference between the funding threshold and the minimum investment?
The minimum investment does not refer to the overall offering. Instead, it is the smallest amount an individual investor can invest in the respective offering.
The amount is determined individually for each offering, with CONDA Capital generally requiring a minimum investment of EUR 250.
Funding threshold = minimum total volume required for the offering.
Minimum investment = minimum amount per investor and investment.
Where are these amounts defined?
Both the funding threshold and the minimum investment are defined in the offering documentation and are stated in particular in the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) and the terms and conditions of the offering.
