What is the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) and who prepares it?

The KIIS (Key Investment Information Sheet) is a regulatory information document required for crowdfunding offers. It is limited to a maximum of six pages and provides investors with the key information about the offering, the associated risks and its terms and conditions.

Who prepares the KIIS?

The KIIS is prepared with the support of CONDA Capital based on the company and offering information you provide. Its contents are coordinated with you and must be approved by you as the issuer or project owner. The issuer is responsible for the content of the KIIS.
Alert
The KIIS is not the same as the offering or campaign page. It is a formal mandatory document that must be made available to investors as part of the investment process before they make their investment decision.
Info
The quality and completeness of the KIIS depend significantly on the information and documentation you provide. Any changes to material information should therefore be coordinated with your Financing Manager at an early stage.
