The pitch deck is a concise and structured presentation of your company, business model and key financial and commercial information.
Within the offering process, the pitch deck serves two main purposes:
- Investment Management: The pitch deck provides an important basis for the economic analysis of your company.
- Marketing: The information it contains provides key content for the offering page as well as newsletters, press activities and other communications.
When should we provide the pitch deck?
The pitch deck should be provided as early as possible in the project. The economic review and the content preparation for the offering partly rely on the same company information, allowing both workstreams to progress in parallel.
If the pitch deck is not available, both the economic review and the preparation of content for the offering may be delayed, as both processes rely on the information contained in it.
