The pre-subscription phase takes place before the public launch of your offering. During this phase, you receive an exclusive link to your offering page, which you can share specifically with selected contacts from your network.
This allows you to actively determine which investors are approached before the public launch and make the first investments in your offering.
Is pre-subscription optional?
No. Pre-subscription is an integral part of the offering process. The offering only becomes publicly visible after the pre-subscription phase has been successfully completed.
The issuer is responsible for activating its own network and achieving the pre-subscription amount agreed in advance.
The public launch only takes place after successful pre-subscription. You should therefore plan the activation of your Inner Circle and your own network before the pre-subscription phase begins.
Why is pre-subscription important?
Existing investments mean that the offering does not start from zero. Visible initial funding can create confidence and momentum for the subsequent public phase.
Prepare your Inner Circle early for the pre-subscription phase. Ideally, you should know before the phase begins which contacts you intend to approach and what investment potential they may represent.
