What is the Project Management Fee and how is it charged?
The Project Management Fee is a fixed monthly amount charged from the date the offer is signed.
It covers the ongoing project management provided by your Financing Manager. Your Financing Manager supports you throughout the entire financing process, coordinates internal and external resources and acts as your central point of contact.
How long is the Project Management Fee charged?
The Project Management Fee is charged monthly until the financing has been completed.
The financing is considered completed upon payment of the accepted financing amount – not at the end of the subscription period.
Is the Project Management Fee refundable?
No. As a general rule, the Project Management Fee is non-refundable.
