What should I do if I have accidentally made a duplicate investment?
If you have accidentally invested the same amount twice or notice a duplicate entry in your wallet, please contact our
Investor Relations Team immediately (see article:
How to contact us).
Please include the following information in your message:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- The investment amount in question
- the project to which the transaction relates
- the date of the transaction
Our team will review the transaction and, if a duplicate transaction is confirmed, initiate a reversal.
Tip: If you make several investments in succession, wait after each transaction until the confirmation message appears in the system before starting a new transaction. This will help you avoid unintentional duplicate investments.
