CONDA Capital applies defined standards for issuers, which are confirmed at the beginning of the process. These standards provide the basis for the professional preparation and implementation of the offering.

Company

The following requirements, among others, are expected for an offering:
  1. Your company has already generated revenue.
  2. An implemented sales concept is in place.
  3. You actively inform your existing network and community about the offering and encourage them to consider the investment opportunity.

Business model

The business model should be clearly structured and easy to communicate. This includes in particular:
  1. a clear target group analysis
  2. a clearly defined and easily understandable business model
  3. a clear mission statement

Resources

A successful offering also requires sufficient internal resources. These include:
  1. sufficient time and personnel resources to prepare and support the offering
  2. active involvement of your personal and professional network
  3. a team with sufficient capacity throughout the entire offering period
  4. a planned advertising budget of at least 2% of the funding target
