Which processes are tested before the campaign launch and who confirms them?

Before the go-live, the key processes relating to the offering must be tested and successfully verified in the production environment.

Confirmation is provided by your Financing Manager. Please actively request this approval before communicating a binding launch date externally.

Which processes are tested?

  1. Investment order process: The complete process from clicking “Invest” through to the display or provision of the payment instructions is tested.

  2. Subscription process: The complete process is checked using a test investment.

  3. Identity verification: The verification process is checked for both new and existing users. For this purpose, please log in to CONDA Capital Market as an investor and complete the required process yourself.

  4. Automated emails: The delivery, content and presentation of the relevant automated email templates are reviewed.
