Who approves the final content for the offering page and what happens if approval is delayed?

The issuer is responsible for the accuracy and final approval of the content provided.

The final agreed content must be approved by you and uploaded to the designated WorkDrive. CONDA Capital then uses this content to implement the offering page.

How does the final approval process work?

The preparation of the offering includes one feedback round. Please collect all requested changes and submit them together.

The agreed changes are then implemented, after which the content is submitted for internal review by CONDA Capital. The process is coordinated between you and your Financing Manager.
Info
Further changes requested after the included feedback round are generally considered additional services and are charged following prior agreement. Changes required for regulatory reasons are not charged separately.

What happens if my approval is delayed?

The offering page cannot be finalised without the required approval. If the provision or approval of your final content is delayed, the subsequent project timeline will therefore also be delayed accordingly.
Alert
Delayed approval may result in the planned launch date of the offering having to be postponed. Please therefore provide and approve the final content within the agreed timeline.
