Who needs to sign the Key Investment Information Sheet?

The Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) must be signed by the persons authorised to represent the issuer.

The number of signatures required depends on the representation rules recorded in the relevant commercial register:
  1. Sole representation: One signature from the respective authorised representative is sufficient.
  2. Joint representation: The required authorised representatives must sign jointly in accordance with the applicable representation rules.
