There are two different channels for investor questions and comments. The way an enquiry is handled depends on where it is submitted.
What happens to questions addressed directly to us?
Questions that investors address directly to you as the issuer are monitored and answered by you.
Before the campaign launches, define internally who monitors incoming questions and who is responsible for responding to them.
How are questions submitted via the campaign page handled?
Questions submitted directly via the campaign page are received in CONDA Capital's system. Your Financing Manager reviews incoming questions daily.
The next step depends on the content of the question:
- Questions about CONDA Capital: These are answered directly by CONDA Capital.
- Campaign- or offering-specific questions: These are forwarded to you as the issuer for a response.
Once you have provided and approved your response, the question and answer can be published publicly in the “Questions and Answers” tab on the campaign page.
If a question is not intended for public publication, the response is sent directly to the person who submitted it. Where appropriate, CONDA Capital can also offer to put the investor and the issuer in direct contact.
How quickly should questions be answered?
For both channels, questions should ideally be handled within one business day and no later than within 24 to 48 hours.
Please coordinate responses to regulatory-sensitive questions, for example regarding expected returns or risks, with CONDA Capital before responding.
