Why does an investment remain “Pending” and what can we do?
In most cases, the status “Pending” means that the investor has already completed the subscription but has not yet transferred the corresponding amount.
In these cases, the platform automatically sends reminder emails. If payment is still not received, the CONDA Capital Investor Relations Team follows up with the respective investors.
What can we do as the issuer?
As the issuer, you can also contact the investors directly and remind them of the outstanding payment.
You also have the option of pursuing the claim through legal means.
How long does an investment remain “Pending”?
There is no fixed maximum period. The investment generally remains “Pending” until the final acceptance.
After that, CONDA Capital cancels the investment unless you, as the issuer, wish to pursue the claim through legal means.
CONDA Capital automatically reminds investors of outstanding payments, and the Investor Relations Team additionally follows up on pending investments.
