Why hasn’t my investment been refunded?

Why hasn’t my investment been refunded?

If you feel that a due repayment has not been made:
  1. Check your bank account carefully again
  2. Check whether the project status is set to ‘Insolvency’ or ‘Delayed’ (or whether you have received an information email regarding your investment)
  3. Please note that subordinated investments are usually non-refundable in the event of insolvency
If none of these situations apply, please contact our Investor Relations Team: support@conda-capital.com
