Why hasn’t my investment been refunded?
If you feel that a due repayment has not been made:
- Check your bank account carefully again
- Check whether the project status is set to ‘Insolvency’ or ‘Delayed’ (or whether you have received an information email regarding your investment)
- Please note that subordinated investments are usually non-refundable in the event of insolvency
If none of these situations apply, please contact our
Investor Relations Team (see article:
How to contact us).
