Why isn’t my credit card payment working?
If your credit card payment fails, this may be due to the following reasons:
- Your bank does not accept online payments without 3D Secure authorisation
- Your card is blocked for international or online payments
- There was a technical issue in the payment window (e.g. timeout or browser problem)

• Use an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari or Edge)
• Make sure pop-up windows are allowed
• Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer
