secupay is a payment service provider regulated in Germany and is subject to strict legal requirements regarding payment processing, security and anti-money laundering. The underlying bank accounts are held exclusively with licensed European banks.
For you as an investor, nothing changes in terms of costs or handling – SEPA transfers are treated the same across the EU, regardless of which EEA country the account is located in.

secupay meets all regulatory requirements for payment services within the framework of crowdinvesting platforms and offers:

- rapid allocation and posting of wallet top-ups and investment payments

This ensures that client funds are always managed separately from platform or company funds.
What do I need to bear in mind when making payments via secupay?
To ensure payments are recognised automatically, please note:
- enter the specified reference exactly
- always make the transfer from your own, verified bank account
- use the account details displayed in the system exactly as they are
If a payment is received by secupay without a correct reference, from a third-party or unverified account, or if it is incomplete or contains technical errors, it cannot be automatically allocated.
In this case, the payment will be held for manual review.
The Investor Relations team checks unallocated incoming payments several times a week. If a payment can be clearly allocated, it will be credited to your wallet. If this is not possible, an automatic refund will be issued.
