Country and individual restrictions
Due to regulatory requirements, participation in investments on CONDA Capital Market is not permitted for certain individuals:
- Countries with a high Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI): Individuals residing in countries listed on the CPI risk index cannot use our platform. This measure is designed to comply with international anti-money laundering and compliance standards.
- US residents: Individuals who are tax residents of the US (e.g. US citizens, Green Card holders or persons liable for tax under the ‘Substantial Presence Test’) are excluded from using the platform.
