1. Preparation
Please have the following items to hand:
• Your valid passport or identity card
• Your mobile phone
2. Start verification
Log in to your CONDA account, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select “Account overview”. Then click on the “Verification” menu item.
A new page will open. Select the "Start KYC process" button there.
3. Complete the identification process
Follow the instructions on the screen:
a) Enter your mobile phone number.
Note: You will receive a verification code via text message during the identification process.
b) Scan the QR code with your mobile phone.
Note: A secure page will open for the identification process.
c) Select the type of document (passport or identity card) and take a photo of it.
Tip: Make sure the image is not mirrored, no fingers are visible on the document, and all details are clearly legible.
d) Take a selfie (a photo of yourself).
Tip: Make sure your face is well lit and clearly recognisable.
e) Return to your CONDA account.
f) Enter the SMS TAN you received during the process to complete the verification.
Once the KYC process has been successfully completed, you will receive confirmation that your verification has been completed.
